I'd play anybody in front of Smith. Hinds (who isn't great either.but....). Isn't it worth giving young Snelgrove a chance? The lad knows where the goal is and shows a huge amount of potential. Why not? He couldn't do worse than not get a touch.
Good job you're not picking the team then.

Not at all. Let's see his tally at the end of the season. I doubt it will be anything to get excited about.

And I also doubt he will be here next year.
What I did like yesterday which is credit to Shota, is the crosses put in were suited to Smith. All too often under Grant we’d never deliver balls into the striker that suited him.

Smith lead the line well, wouldn’t drop him necessarily but let’s hope he can continue against better opposition.

Maybe we can turn Smith into a poacher ball on the ground into 6 yd box - just be there like Forss at QPR
I was thinking that earlier after watching the highlights. I've always liked a poacher rather than a crowd pleaser scoring goals from 30 yards out, because they simply score more goals. Give me a tap in merchant any day. They simply score more goals.

I'm afraid to say, that whilst Im sure he played well yesterday against Peterborough ... TS will not be the answer to our goal scoring ... Allahyar will be in front of him, Forss and likely Eaves too and that without the money Acun is prepared to spend on at least one striker...

I think Smith will be loaned out and Eaves will be allowed to leave in Summer.

Yeah it’s alright thinking someone looks an idiot after 1 game. Same thing happened to everyone who slater Eaves he had 3/4 good games and everyone was acting like the 2 seasons before never happened.

It depends on what their budget is. I think Smallwood, Smith and Elder will be allowed to move on. The coach hasn't seen Wilks yet, but he'll no doubt be able to leave as well.
I’m not sure who else on here was there yesterday but me and the people I went with thought it looked like Wilks had slimmed down abit always thought he looked heavy early on this season.
