Must admit I never saw his potential prior to this season at all, although I hardly ever see the U23s.
I just assumed he'd end up lower down the trough after a year or two, at Scunthorpe or somewhere as ****.
But I've been genuinely astounded from Swansea onwards. Ok, he's raw in parts of his game, as you'd expect, but I'd be shocked if he wasn't already a big fat dot on PL clubs' radar.

I always thought there was a player in there. Was told he had a very bad patch in training last season when Elder was injured so didn’t capitalise on his chance last season. Elder edges him in a 4 but as a wing back Fleming all day.

I don’t think he does tacky. Embarrassing maybe but as a lifelong football fan I’d doubt that too. It’ll be something he can market from I imagine.

Just after some of the **** the last regime regularly piped out, I'm cautious, but I am optimistic about Acun and his modus operandi in general.
I think some of the media, national particularly, like to portray him as some whacky fun foreign 'guy', like they do with so many. Out of order.

If it is that though, who realistically would watch it ? In terms of numbers to make something like that viable? It'd be a great leap to think anyone in significant numbers would, here or in Turkey.
Maybe he'll do a fly-on-the-wall docu series, as many clubs have these days, but you'd like to think his grand idea is not based in reality TV.
