Think a lot would agree, he goes to midtable teams and they are still midtable when he leaves. He's somehow got better clubs each time out of it as well

You could suggest Speakman may be in charge of all that goes on at the Academy including youth development and the Sporting Director is in charge of recruitment and scouting. The director of Football overseeing the entire football operation.
