If the 2 more football roles are Sporting Director and Director of football to go alongside Technical Director (Speakman) its unlikely to be a lineal hierarchy You could suggest Speakman may be in charge of all that goes on at the Academy including youth development and the Sporting Director is in charge of recruitment and scouting. The director of Football overseeing the entire football operation.
