FWIW I'm not posting 'teasers' now, just displaying my optimism based on what I've been told.

I'm also being told about two different bids, plus hints about a third ....

... if people want to take that as I'm 'covering all bases' that's their choice.

If I wanted attention, as some on RTG are claiming, I'd post more than the few things I have.

I don't want attention, I'm just another supporter.

The majority of us appreciate the snippets you ( and others) provide and take it for what it is.... a rumour on a message board. It may be ‘inside’ information but until it becomes fact that’s all it is. If you choose to believe it 100%, then great, if you decide not to believe it then fine, if you think ‘there might be something in this’ then just sit back and see how it develops! That’s how I look at it and probably the majority of others do too.
So - keep it up, the silent majority are with you!

If someone mentions two different bids, and one is successful, some people will claim they were wrong and some will claim they were right.

I'm not interested in being right but some weirdos hope I'm wrong even if it means it's worse for the club.

As you say nothing is a fact until the contract is signed, what I'm posting is just words I've been told.

Let me try to give you an idea of the problem by choosing my words carefully.

There's a loan in place which a buyer, other than the lender, would have to pay back and negotiate the repayment penalties.

This 'buyer' wants things resolved quickly but the lender is in no rush.

If the lender delays the owner may be forced to take a much lower offer to get out.

That's what is delaying things imo so a timescale is impossible to predict.

Edit: Forgot to mention the lender may also be wanting a collaboration, with the buyer, on favourable terms. Again they're in the driving seat with negotiations.

I thought it a bit strange the way he went on mind. Absoloutely adamant (see what I did there) that no way that FFP were taking over like.

I'll give Prehab the benefit of the doubt tbf. Crossed swords with him for being a bit cryptic years back when I posted over there but he's always popped up with bits of info, some of which came off, some didn't. But there's no doubt he's a MLF and he way would he be bullshitting other fans imo.
