True, it's taken a while but we have been robbed of those activities on the sidelines that give so much pleasure to other NE Fans.
No gatherings to shout at shops.
No MP's asking questions in Parliament.
No Petitions to Parliament.
No mass protests, outside the ground.
And where are the self appointed 'Fan Groups' with their hillarios agenda's?
We have been denied all of these things.
We have behaved like patient sheep.

I like the way things have been done so far. We have a new team of people on the football side in place, who appear to be a good team fit and of the new fresh thinking type.. The new owners can now focus on the back office, and sort out the amateurs who have been rudderless for years. With no crowds and hence match days to get in the way he has a one off opportunity to tear it apart and start again. Should be very interesting to watch what they do .
I was about 30 seconds away from screaming mind, I’m gonna go the positive way and assume the EFL have checked every detail about the new lad and assume that they e established he is absolutely spotless.
Nearly 2 months to approve was an absolute liberty.

I think that's a bit off the mark. Hes looking to buy a Spanish Bar. In Fuengirola I believe. Tapas 1 Euro all day everyday and happy hour on local beers 5pm until 8pm.

I was getting vague hints and not much definite info so I was interpreting it as best I could. Now the takeover is done I've been told a lot more including how wrong I was about EFL approval. KLD was personally approved almost immediately which I took as approval for the takeover, it wasn't. It was the existing owners who slowed things but not entirely deliberately. They certainly weren't asked to show proof of £50 million in cash or guarantees that they would run the club if KLD legged it. Anyway, thankfully we can all get back to being supporters again, it's been draining all this. Nice to wake up without thinking about the bloody EFL.
Lovely to wake up knowing that takeovers sorted, what a relief, and to wake up to the news Rodwells gone is the icing on the cake

It's a role for an experienced Daniel Levy type imo, not a 23 year old. KLD should be able to headhunt someone very, very good at their job.
