What I usually do is get similar info from 2 or 3 people, then I can blame someone else for blabbing by saying I could.

I've had very little info for months then a flurry in the last couple of weeks.

If it's any help I can say that everything I've seen so far makes me happy.

The club will be run like Liverpool ...

... absent owners, football people in every position and a proper structure in place.

The people in the admin, ticket office, hospitality, etc will see a big difference.

One of the first changes will be new carpets and I'd put big money on that.

I think there was planning permission to turn black cat house into the new club shop and have the current shop converted into a bar. Hopefully these plans are still valid going forward, as well as a whole lot more.

Yep, the planning was granted some time ago....the plans are there on Sunderland planning portal....I think plans stay valid for 5 years....might be wrong tho

Hopefully the new lads still want to make it happen. The concorses in the Stadium need refreshing as well.

There was also talk of the old Audi car dealership being used as part of the fanzone. It could be very exciting stuff off the pitch.

Where they getting the carpets from?
Its just got to be Storeys.

Its quite a transparent way of putting money in and cheap for the club as it saves on potentially horrendous interest payments.
As long as its pretty open ended and they aren't expecting it back quickly

Just had a quick browse and apparently In total Abramovich has lent the Chelsea £1.38 billion interest free since he bought them in 2003
