The fact that it's so secretive makes me wonder if it is in house,
ie Sartori becoming major shareholder.
secretive it's like trying to get info into a masons do, I normally skip 6 pages a time just to see if there's anything actually happening

Would make sense to me if the delay @Smug in Boots is referring is related to the delays we saw in september/october each Barnes update would be that it was delayed a month without much more info so would make sense they were still negotiating. It was suggested on here a few weeks ago the deal was done and thats when the 10th nov date came about. Wouldn’t surprise me if that was when they sorted the Donald issue are started working on getting it signed off, hence why the date came out and things like the meeting were planned. It is also around the time the club finally admitted the deal was ongoing on the podcast.
The people at the club know what it looks like to cancel this meeting so I think they were likely working right up until the last minute to get it done and announced for then.
Now they have cancelled it and not given a time scale, it let’s them calm down and make sure they go through everything properly.
Covid has been just a cover, Donald was the problem

I not really clued up in this so bare with me.
Donald holds onto 10%
Do the new guys have to pay him what he wants for them or can they compulsory purchase them at a later date for a fixed lesser price?
Just thinking when drumaville bought my safc shares
In a private company I think it just depends on the deal. From my understanding if Donald held 75% he could set the price at what ever he wants. As he apparently only holds 74% my understanding is that he can set the price with agreement of the other shareholders (Methven and Sartori). The Drumaville compulsory purchase once they had 90% was because of public company rules. I lost mine that way too. We would have made money, or even been a part of this conversation if we hadn't been forced to sell then.
