In a private company I think it just depends on the deal. From my understanding if Donald held 75% he could set the price at what ever he wants. As he apparently only holds 74% my understanding is that he can set the price with agreement of the other shareholders (Methven and Sartori). The Drumaville compulsory purchase once they had 90% was because of public company rules. I lost mine that way too. We would have made money, or even been a part of this conversation if we hadn't been forced to sell then.

If they want an up and coming manager, I'd look no further than Bowyer. He's done a cracking job at Charlton under difficult circumstances.
