In a private company I think it just depends on the deal. From my understanding if Donald held 75% he could set the price at what ever he wants. As he apparently only holds 74% my understanding is that he can set the price with agreement of the other shareholders (Methven and Sartori). The Drumaville compulsory purchase once they had 90% was because of public company rules. I lost mine that way too. We would have made money, or even been a part of this conversation if we hadn't been forced to sell then.

The best part of that sentence is the word 'was'... Not 'is' the problem. There's light at the end of the tunnel!

If they want an up and coming manager, I'd look no further than Bowyer. He's done a cracking job at Charlton under difficult circumstances.

I hope they negotiated Donald out and didn’t give him the riches to massage his ego

It wouldn’t take long for fans to moan about him playing for the Mags if we had a bad run.

He has. Not a character that I'm particularly fond of but he's done a good job.

The only lasting impact he made on Newcastle was laying into Kieron Dyer to be honest!

They've just been taken over so doubt he'd come here. We should've gone for him in the summer.

Apparently he's being lined up for the West Brom job if they sack Bilic
