Covid has been just a cover, Donald was the problemWould make sense to me if the delay @Smug in Boots is referring is related to the delays we saw in september/october each Barnes update would be that it was delayed a month without much more info so would make sense they were still negotiating. It was suggested on here a few weeks ago the deal was done and thats when the 10th nov date came about. Wouldn’t surprise me if that was when they sorted the Donald issue are started working on getting it signed off, hence why the date came out and things like the meeting were planned. It is also around the time the club finally admitted the deal was ongoing on the podcast.
The people at the club know what it looks like to cancel this meeting so I think they were likely working right up until the last minute to get it done and announced for then.
Now they have cancelled it and not given a time scale, it let’s them calm down and make sure they go through everything properly.
In a private company I think it just depends on the deal. From my understanding if Donald held 75% he could set the price at what ever he wants. As he apparently only holds 74% my understanding is that he can set the price with agreement of the other shareholders (Methven and Sartori). The Drumaville compulsory purchase once they had 90% was because of public company rules. I lost mine that way too. We would have made money, or even been a part of this conversation if we hadn't been forced to sell then.I not really clued up in this so bare with me.
Donald holds onto 10%
Do the new guys have to pay him what he wants for them or can they compulsory purchase them at a later date for a fixed lesser price?
Just thinking when drumaville bought my safc shares
Past tense?Covid has been just a cover, Donald was the problem
Is it spring, I ask cos there seems to a few ITKs popping up allover.
He only got one friend like?
Once the takeover
I think deep down we probably all knew thatCovid has been just a cover, Donald was the problem

I dont think many will be shocked by that!Covid has been just a cover, Donald was the problem
Some people see what they choose to see ...
I thought that news was electric mate.I dont think many will be shocked by that!
Better off going for someone up and coming then. I still think the Cowleys would be worth a shot.
I hope they negotiated Donald out and didn’t give him the riches to massage his egoCovid has been just a cover, Donald was the problem
Because he was being difficult or it was difficult to get in touch with him?Covid has been just a cover, Donald was the problem
It wouldn’t take long for fans to moan about him playing for the Mags if we had a bad run.If they want an up and coming manager, I'd look no further than Bowyer. He's done a cracking job at Charlton under difficult circumstances.
He has. Not a character that I'm particularly fond of but he's done a good job.If they want an up and coming manager, I'd look no further than Bowyer. He's done a cracking job at Charlton under difficult circumstances.
The only lasting impact he made on Newcastle was laying into Kieron Dyer to be honest! It wouldn’t take long for fans to moan about him playing for the Mags if we had a bad run.
They've just been taken over so doubt he'd come here. We should've gone for him in the summer. If they want an up and coming manager, I'd look no further than Bowyer. He's done a cracking job at Charlton under difficult circumstances.

We’ll have Bilic thenApparently he's being lined up for the West Brom job if they sack Bilic

No Way. The blokes a titIf they want an up and coming manager, I'd look no further than Bowyer. He's done a cracking job at Charlton under difficult circumstances.
