well that's the point isn't it? he goes off line before Danil gets there because he knows he'll be there and it's gonna end in tears, he had a choice, be hit or take avoiding action. I can't really see anyone at fault other than Kimi locking up and going wide, and let's face it, it was a bog-standard first corner incident, the likes of which get seen every season. But when you hit your team mate you gotta make an excuse, if it wasn't 2 ex WDC's in Ferrari's I don't think anything would've been said.
