Apparently (and I have some experience having seen the LoL granted permision to march thru Helensburgh recently) the only grounds for stopping these ******ed fudsticks marching is on Health and Safety grounds.

Well you should be able to stop them on health grounds considering the amount of fat bastards among their number.
