This is why football fans are just as much to blame as anyone for ruining the game.
Everyone loves a moan about a referee, but the ref blatantly got the decision correct, VAR backed him up and no-one else in the world thought it was controversial. But instead of just accepting the result, they complain about refs, make up conspiracy/negligence and and blame someone else rather than admit they were second best.

Mate, I have been so critical of how we have played. But on the books it's another semi final.
Just have to hope the occasion brings out the best individual performances as zero chance Southgate gets us to attack like this.
If we ‘Greece’ the trophy I’ll still be doing knee slides through Stack on Sunday.

100% it’s All about results at this point and to be fair to him we keep finding a way through, the best teams don’t always pick up the trophy
This it it. We have the players to beat anyone it’s whether or not they’ll pull it off. On paper another semi final but it means f*ck all unless we bring the trophy home.

I don't think the game is ruined to be honest, mate. The fans aren't going to have any impact at all in this case. It's just noise, always been that way.
