Mad that folk insist we haven’t money and won’t spend it.

I’m sure most of us on this board aren’t expecting £10million signings despite the owners wealth.

The money be there at the right time and the right players. We have signed people from the PL. We ain’t penny pinching.

Folk sharp forget we’d be gone if Ellis hadn’t written off over £100 million…

Great point about Ellis. As much as he had to go, he did the club a huge favour with that gesture.

Looks like we're trying to get at least 1 maybe 2 in before they go away which makes sense to try and bed in while we're in America.

Wonder if 1 is from England/Europe and another from South America. Would make sense if they travel from South to North America to join up instead of South America to Sunlun and back to America. Been linked with a few and we know the club have been trying to establish links to clubs over there

From what I can see, all three of Frigan, Rusyn and Vente look like very similar players to me. Predominately central strikers but often play from the left (maybe less so Vente). Same with Aravena that we were linked with earlier in the window (although I think he plays more predominantly from the left).

It seems we are clear on what we want to bring into the squad. We’re probably enquiring about them all, hence the links in the press, but presumably only expecting/planning to bring in one.

Or perhaps two depending on Stewart.

I'm sure the club have plans A, B and C.

Surely they'd have to sign, have medicals etc before they fly out though? If that's the case they're flying tomorrow aren't they? Have we ever signed a player when we've been away before.
