Completely agree, amazing how much more the players appear to be enjoying it, looks a real team spirit, i guess its like any line of work....less than inspirational managers & owners are not going to get the best out of anyone....see a business plan that invests in staff training etc, eg training facilities pitch etc & all of a sudden you have yoir staff with decent morals on board.....those there for a ride stand out like a sore thumb even more so....Grigg

That's a very good point about Grigg, I ran that through my mind as I read it for the second time.

There's been times when it was all too easy to imagine half of the team hiding in plain view. The obvious slackers like Graham, Grigg, Maguire, Jones, etc, will have protected each other to the detriment of the team spirit and momentum.

The club has been dragging a dead weight behind them to the point whereby, like Rodwell, people will actually cheer out loud when Grigg is finally cut adrift.
