I've been really lucky to have three entirely different sources so can't break a confidence.
I have just been told, by one of them to expect it all to break on FRIDAY.
Cool
I would still stick with Jack Ross though

There are always ways n means around putting extra monies in. Can we not sell the stadium name to say Dell and be known as the Dell arena. Surely this has to be worth half a billion of anybody's money. This then fed back into the the club in various ways. I am sure clever accountants can interpret and word things cleverly to bamboozle officials.
PS, f*cking hope so anyway .
Sounds promising! However, l'm a bit long in the tooth to get a stiffy over premature SAFC speculation![]()
Cheers for the heads up !Sorry for the delay mate, I didn't think anyone was too interested tbh.
I posted genuine info and people started talking about their knobs as usual.
As you've asked, this is the latest. I won't bother explaining how I know, if people doubt me I don't care. I'm talking to people who believe what I'm saying because they know me or whatever.
The deal is done, the lawyers are just arguing over trivialities to boost their fees. Nothing can stop the deal. They've been taking football advice from someone English, experienced and in the game. The new owners will put in as much money as they are legally allowed, want the whole club shocked into serious action and are looking to create a long term community legacy. Ross and the coaches are treading on thin ice and promotion is expected as a given.

The Stadium of Dellight? The Stadium of Dell.
The Stadium of Dellight?
Gil, thing is they could just buy pounds and speculate on currency or a FTSE small cap fund or whatever or a derivative to make money on buying a weak pound and then selling when stronger. Fair enough it makes the deal cheaper for them, and why not take advantage of that, but bloody hell it's a hard way to go about currency speculation! I'm a bit cautious too but delighted at the same time if true, time will tell if it pans out but looks a good chance to me.Not sure if this has been mentioned and although highly unlikely could these investors be buying whilst the $ is strong against the £? Move us up for minimal investment then sell us again. Big (ish) profit made and goodbye.
Hope not.
Not trying to be negative just trying to cover all angles.
This is potentially the biggest thing to ever happen to SAFC and although excited to f*ckery still scared in case it goes tits up.
Good news for Mrs Smug...!Wow, premature speculation ...
...... never heard of that tbh.

On another note, appreciate the heads up on this Smug, whether it happens or not you can only speak in good faith based on what you know or have been told, can't ask for more than that, cheers mate.
Brilliant! Thanks mate, more excited now. Appreciate you haven't sought this info and go to the trouble of passing it on despite the predictable doubts and sniping etc Look forward to seeing it pan out, although I'm happy with progress as it is to be honest, onwards and upwards! You can rest assured my info is good mate.
The people I've spoken to are two millionaires and someone at the heart of the club.
I haven't sought this situation, it was thrust upon me.
After years of suffrage things are about to change in a way we couldn't have scripted.
Are we going to be the next Man City ? If and When we are promoted back to the Premiership are we going to spend big ?You can rest assured my info is good mate.

Looking at the FFP rules and the way in which the financial press suggests the blokes allegedly involved in the takeover operate, I imagine it will be a case of properly managed and sustainable growth rather us becoming a billionaire's plaything like Chelsea or Man CityAre we going to be the next Man City ?
