Getting more people to attend games. However, given how ****e the atmosphere is when the club’s going through a rough patch and the boos, I’d say thousands are Fair Weather Fans and will soon lose interest. I reckon attendances will continue to drop and fewer people will renew their memberships for next season.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I think Acun will leave us worse off than when he bought the club from the Allams.
I dont disagree
Can he cut his losses and leave the club with debt?

It feels like 2011 but without (at the time) the exciting new allam owners
keep going guys with the positive slant and let’s talk him out of stating altogether and putting money in , there’s loads waiting to do it .

If two posts had any effect on his actions
You should be even more worried

Looks like Acun drowned into Turkish drama bullshit again, Walter is safe.

Fenerbahçe Vice President Acun Ilıcalı spoke after the match in which they defeated Sivasspor 4-0. In his statement, Acun Ilıcalı said; "We spoke with İbrahim Hatipoğlu and it was said that the last one to come should be the national team break. Is there any disrespect, is there a lie? Dear Hatipoğlu, or rather Loveless Hatipoğlu said 'Wrong, there is no such thing'. You are lying while looking me in the eye. I don't know what to do. He is lying. This time there was no response." Acun Ilıcalı renewed his statement for İbrahim Hatipoğlu.

Is there a translation were any of that makes sense ?

Where's all this "Acun has lost interest and is selling us" ****e coming from?

Nowhere, people are angry at the team and are blaming Acun for it, so they're heaping on extra bits to be even more negative. He hasn't mentioned selling up at all, or that he's lost interest. In fact at the last Q and A he addressed exactly that.

I will shorten it for you, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray agreed on discussing referee mistakes of last 2 years with two foreign referees on a TV show, at last minute Galatasaray decided not to go further after Acun announced it prematurely (as they claim). Now Acun just speaks that they are lying, so in a nutshell complete ****show.

In my opinion, it is an example of what kind of stupid things Acun waste his energy and money on.

Lmao he was lying to save face due to his disappearing act in the summer when he was prioritising Fenerbahçe.

I really don't like this stuff. All this over the top drama and performance around refereeing decisions. They've always made mistakes, it's inevitable. But nowadays people handle it so poorly right across the game. It's embarrassing.

Indeed, as I write above it is an example of what kind of stupid things Acun waste his energy and money on.

It’s not the case anywhere, every club has to pay off a manager they sack ffs.

Obviously he'll be entitled to a pay off, that's not what I'm saying. My point is if he had a target of wins to achieve after 15 games who would want to keep someone who only managed 3? It doesn't take a lot of doing to cover yourself within a contact for failure which is where we are now.

im sure there was an ex city manager that allegedly had performance cluses in his contract, so if we was in the bottom 3 (for example) and we sacked him. The compo would be less than if we sacked him and we was in 10th.

It might be claptrap and it might be something i read on here, it just sprung to mind

There isn’t a manager in the world that would sign that contract. How could they?
