My theory is, Acun is going to do what Ehab did when McCann was manager and wait for the next owner to sack Walter and hire his own man.
He's got to find a buyer first and as the allams found out ( with arguably a better financial position) it isn't easy
Maybe its the stuff with tan whatever it is Thats put him off it all Then the season enders to millar and belloumi Adds on to it He wont waste another penny
Getting more people to attend games. However, given how ****e the atmosphere is when the club’s going through a rough patch and the boos, I’d say thousands are Fair Weather Fans and will soon lose interest. I reckon attendances will continue to drop and fewer people will renew their memberships for next season. I’m not exaggerating when I say I think Acun will leave us worse off than when he bought the club from the Allams.
I dont disagree Can he cut his losses and leave the club with debt? It feels like 2011 but without (at the time) the exciting new allam owners
Elements of the performance and system were alright today, but we simply aren't competitive with the rate we concede goals at. We never ship a load at once but conceding 1-2 every game and never getting a clean sheet makes it really hard to get results. Game was over after 17 minutes today and the fact we played well after that was basically irrelevant. We have to start staying in games longer.
I wonder how many times Acun gets to see a Maribor game? They played earlier today and drew, they are sat comfortably in 2nd place in the Slovenian Prva liga with Big Benjamin Tetteh having scored a couple of goals, only played four games this season though. Karol Borys getting decent game time, played 18 games already this season.
In short we started of OK they go down our end once get a double deflection and the balls in out net, almost imeadiatly we go to their end and hit the bar. Second time they go on the attack another goal, no idea why but even two up they are playing the same fannying about at the back as we do and gift us the ball twice, of course we can't capitalise on either chance.
Most sensible business owners would have a get out clause to release someone who's under performing. With the way this club operates it probably won't be the case here.
