The Man Named Brix

Wow, that's a bolt from the blue. I don't post that often but read a fair bit and got used to seeing Brix around here most days, it's certainly going to feel odd around here without him. A real sad loss for us and QPR as a whole and even moreso for his family. Rest in peace buddy.

 

My sincere condolences. He will be sorely missed by all of us - his online friends. I was going to say foes as well but there simply are none because he treated everyone with respect and a lot of patience. Hopefully we will all have learned something and even those who have had to be banned will know that they left no other choice because Brix modd'd with a light touch and a(n extremely) tolerant attitude.

A much sadder event than the inevitable relegation of a team that largely did not care.

 

The mark of a man is not by how his friends viewed him but how is adversaries viewed him. Not having met the man and only read his posts, it is clear by the comments made from other boards that he was clearly a very good man held in high esteem.

Just got back from burying my Gran (I am now the oldest person in my family). I was just getting to grips with my emotions and now I am crying again.

Just back from a few days away,dived on here to get the news only to find that the Legend that is Brixton has been taken from us,i never met the man but he was a true gentleman, condolences to his family,

WOW...gotta say he looks nothing like I had pictured him.

One of, if not the most important person on this board. God, its been 3 day now and I'm sitting here in tears. never met the guy but if his son and family are any reflection of him, then they will do just fine....

Sad sad loss not only to this board, but to the world.
