I have to say I find this all a little offensive ...

... Mowbray is blithely contradicting decent Sunderland supporters who know the truth.

The club were quite happy to sell off Stewart along with Batth, Pritchard, Neil, Clarke, Roberts, Patterson, etc, without bringing in replacements, in the pursuit of profit over ambition. Thankfully people aren't fooled by this attempted cover up from Mowbray who's furious with Speakman but being coerced into repeating the rhetoric ... shame on him for taking the company dollar and calling a French speaking player French, the club is a laughing stock.

It's naive of the club to believe they can fool people when the facts are so readily available from people on the internet

And don't get me started on us refusing to persuade Stansfield to move the length of the country, for one season, to sit on the bench when Stewart's fit :steam:
I like it <applause><applause><applause>

As disappointing as it is to be going into our 4th league game of the season without a striker, the noises coming out the club yesterday were encouraging - sounds like Rusyn is a goer, Mayenda and Stewart are close to being back, with Seelt & Embo back tomorrow. Finally the injuries are clearing up and we might just have a chance with Stewart and/or Rusyn.

Of course Stansfield not signing has set a few away, notably the WMS whoppers using it as an excuse to further bash Speakman/KLD, but it is what it is and hopefully there are a couple of PL loans lined up late in the window to supplement what we already have
Was talking to a lad last night who’s involved somewhere along the line with WMS and to be honest I like the kid BUT he seemed genuinely upset at the fact we might be signing a striker and his opening gambit was to mention about Stansfield

I can't stand them now and no longer listen. It's the constant digs on social media as well.

Beautiful bit of the world we used to detour all over france driving home from spain, (home from home), and stayed a couple of times in mathay very pretty area having done a bit of Switzerland, if I’m thinking of the right place that is :)

Mathay is just to the south of Sochaux. I am to the east. One of those areas where borders bend all over. So set off from Sochaux in a straight line, enter Switzerland, then back into France.....

They have some weird obsession with Speakman and the main lad seems to hate him. There was a comment last season about how the club had "decided not to get promoted" based solely on the fact we couldn't find an adequate replacement for Stewart at 48 hours notice. Then, if you ever challenge them, they go all defensive and harp on about all the "Dars" out there who shouldn't get so annoyed etc

Stopped listening to WMS and stopped following them all on Twitter a long time ago. They moan and look for the negatives in everything to do with the club, they also took great pleasure in saying "I told you so" when it became apparent Madrox was a sham.

Yeah. Got their noses pushed right out of joint when Roker Report/Rapport were in bed with Donald and Methven and started to believe their own hype after STID.
I find almost everything they write and say to be negative and loaded with glee when they are proven right (goes back to the old RTG adage about people would rather be right than happy) - the constant negative spin on the club - always spinning scenarios to cast the club in the worst possible light - it's exhausting.

Agree with your comments mate speakman hasn't/won't get every decision right but the club much improved since he took over
