I was there too. He had a very good game, touch was excellent.

Hopefully he can see a breakthrough in our team rather than sitting in the u18s for a prem team.
 
The baffling thing is we didn't go for Whitaker in the summer, he was a bargain

I'm struggling to think of ideal signings for centre mid, but someone who ticks all the boxes for me is John Lundstram, he's a free agent.

If Szmodics is entering the last year of his contract, I'd love for us to go for him. Wouldn't come cheap, but goal scorers don't.

Wasn't impressed with Whittaker against Leicester. Lacked composure, I thought. Might have just been a one off.

I know a lot of Rangers fans and they all can't wait to get rid of Lundstram, so he wouldn't be one I'd like us to go for.

Szmodics has another year at Blackburn and it looks like they're staying up so would rightfully want top dollar for him.
