Doesn't really matter if an owner has 38m or 380m to invest, they are all limited to 39m losses in any rolling 3 year period. Gate receipts will make a potential difference of a few million, but the way to sustainably fund a championship club without parachute payments - which make a phenomenal difference to revenue and therefore FFP cap is ultimately to develop and sell on players for a profit.
