Everytime I hear Abdush, it sounds weird, as Turks use that suffix only for babies or gay people (in slang).

I was gonna say, we only use it because that's his preferred nickname apparently. It's not something that was invented in Hull.

I've not found anything to say the EFL have different rules around loans with obligation to buy, but these things are not easy to look up, so who knows for sure.

But why didn’t he play him in the u23’s to get him up to speed as well if he had and banged then in there it would be less of a gamble

Don’t know why TBH. I think he’s definitely worth signing, if it’s still an option. He’s a great option off the bench or cover, probably also the sort of gambles that we have to take on players that may develop for resale. We’ve seen he can play in this league, so it’s probably less of a gamble than someone that hasn’t. Just my thoughts anyway.

It could be the case we've agreed a settlement based on his expected wage and his current contract thus making the difference. It wont be small but it will still have been less had we kept him on the books
