Hasn't McCann already said he's not chasing another strikerI’m no expert! But he is a good player, despite what the clowns on Wearside think.
If we can get Herbie Kane and a striker, it’s been a good window.

Would hope that's not true.
As I was saying on the podcast yesterday, the logic of saying we have 6 players for 3 forward positions doesn't really sit with me if the three aren't interchangeable.
Like.. we're not ever lining up with Bowler and Milinkovic on the wings and Grosicki up top.
I think it depends how you look at it, ive always thought 2 positions per position. 2 left, 2 right & 2 strikers. There's also the young Lewis-Potter kid as an option up top too. That gives us 7 players for 3 positions.
Sunderland fans don't seem to rate Honeyman at all, but Cliff Byrne will know all his strengths and weaknesses as he was the U23 coach at the Mackems.
Interesting signing though if it comes off.
To be fair lads it’s ok Sunderland fans saying he’s crap, buttttt they didn’t rate Elmo or Meyler or McShane and that went well enough.
Think they are bit better than they are.

Not forgetting that Bowen can also play there.
If they stay...McCann has also mentioned more than once how Bowler can play in the middle too.
Unless something too good to turn down comes up I don't see us signing a striker. We have to competing for 1 spot with a young prospect as a back up and two wide men who can cover.
If they stay...
Sunderland fans are ****ing hilarious sometimes. They think they're a big club.
They hate every player that leaves. I think the only exception in recent years was Defoe.
They are a big club compared to many including us.
I presumed you meant Grosicki and Bowen as the wide players of a front threeOne of the two is Bowler so I doubt he is going anywhere.
