Yes, that is Nigel Adkins in a Southampton Football Club darts shirt. He also has Saints darts flights!

Ralph is the only person I fear losing (which tells you everything about the fact he has created a real team).
I include Danny in that. It would be a massive blow, but I would trust us to replace him well with the money we would get, and for Ralph to get that replacement rocking and rolling...
Like i've said before, Ralph has written the playbook for the playing staff right down to the lower level of the Academy and I think it would be prudent for him to have a trusted understudy like SKD or another ex player (maybe Jose as I know he has written before that he has taken courses already) to learn all aspects of that playbook so that when Ralph leaves there could be a seamless transition much like Tindall at Bournemouth and similar to the old boot room at Anfield.
Happily Ralph loves it here and we give him a level of control he wouldn’t get at a bigger club and a relationship with board that he would struggle to recreate elsewhere too
Maybe we should worry more about losing Martin Semmens?
Look at the consequences of Don Cortese leaving

It's the Dell but no idea what else I'm looking at.
Yeah, I git that bit
I notice no chocolate boxes. Anyone know when they were added and what the big chimneys in the background are? Power station perhaps ?
Godders did you work there?
Think I read somewhere before that they were late 70's / early 80's. No idea on the chimneys.
Guessing the chimneys may be the Rank Hovis mill. Sadly now being slowly demolished.

Oh dear ......![]()
I think that may have been Pirelli's chimney. The Rank Hovis mill is out of shot. Come on guys it's your ****ing city. I am a new comer. I guess most of you must have failed history and geography.
No floodlights either. We hosted the first floodlit game in October 1950, so this is at least a year or two earlier. My mate posted this last night on a WhatsApp group asking it to be named... I got it, but it must be an early photo
