Used to sit at the back of the family section...do you know what I miss from those days. Just a clue...not the single ladies toilet. A decent cup of tea...why is it impossible to get a decent cup of tea in the 21st Century in state of the art stadia.

I have fond memories of turning up stupidly early (literally as the doors open) as a teenager in the early 80s and then going to the 'boys box' with my mate, wh9lst my dad went downstairs just behind the goal. We would then stay afterwards for autographs for about an hour and a half. Looking back, I wouldn't have the patience with my kids :)

My mate posted this last night on a WhatsApp group asking it to be named... I got it, but it must be an early photo

Top right above the Milton end is where Springhill Catholic Primary school is located, I attended from 1963 till 1969. We used to watch the players training in the car park during break time. The Choc Boxes were there from the time I started to attend matches at the Dell in 1966.

During one of his interviews, yesterday, Ralph made reference to how well Theo had bought into the pressing regime that we have, despite his age.
He also mentioned how difficult it is to get the best younger players, at an age to mould into what he wants, at a price we can afford, and seemed to infer that older players might now be considered for recruitment.
Ings and Walcott have shown that you can teach an old dog new tricks.

More details on the website and I think they are trying to find fans to give their own personal memories of that great day.

Here are the list of packages on offer..https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/lawrie-the-boys-of-76

I still haven't had my refund for either Man Utd or Sheff Utd. Sheff Utd I can understand but the Man Utd game.....

Has anybody had either of these refunded yet...??

Still nothing. 14 day refund promise ... what a load of utter bollocks.

Rather than bitch about it phone the club and they'll sort it. Not difficult.

Shouldn't need to phone the club to get the agreed promises actioned. If I (or anyone) have to chase them, its very poor on their behalf.

Plus, they're only open limited hours, which in itself, is not helpful.

Got my refunds through this afternoon. About bloody time.

Maybe they have some staffing issues SF4L... it’s a tough time for a lot of business, football clubs included.

I messaged a while back about the damaged order I received. They got around to phoning me yesterday to check if anyone had responded to my email. They are sending me my replacement bauble now and I may not get it til after Xmas. The lady was apologetic. **** happens.

it isn’t a perfect world right now and nearly every body is suffering or being affected by the situation. Patience is important right now.

I saw your post on the other thread, despairing at the new strains. It is important we all do everything we possibly can to help get the virus under control. That will mean sacrifices, changes and most of all understanding. It is going to be a tough start to 2021 yet we have to stay as positive as possible, support and help each other as much as we can and at the same time take no risks and make those sacrifices, even little ones.

Hopefully by mid next year, we’ll be clear.

I'm sure they've had staffing issues but a lot of the issues about refunds have been poor imo. In some cases they were refunding the early matches this season quicker than last years STH's. Getting last season's refund in late October/early November just isn't on imo.

As for SF4L's issue. They must have anticipated these problems and shouldn't have made the promise. Plenty will have bought at least partly on that basis.
