I've never been in the boardroom of SAFC and probably never will, but I'm fairly sure shareholders etc can invite guests.

Just because they were invited by dumb and dumber matters not one **** and at best is a tenuous attempt to justify the headlines.

@BOB EDWARDS you were in the royal box at Wembley, did you speak to KLD or Satori while you were there?

Btw that's not me having a go at Bob, it's to highlight that lots of fortunate people can get in there for no more reason than they know people high up at the club.

Seems to me this sky bloke is enjoying the attention and boost to his profile on the back of a load of bollox that will never happen
Yes I did speak to both and it was never mentioned,

That Roker Report article covers a few key things.

  • The funding to buy the club will come from an outside investor
  • There won't be any further funding from them into the club unless fans or others buy their tokens
  • The risk is that nobody buys and so they can provide no capital (not sure how this works on shareholder agreement)
  • The potential upside is thousands, even millions of people from around the world buy in and that money goes into the club.
  • The tokens don't give you any sort of ownership, just some say in club matters. However what those matters are is confusing as best, as KLD would be able to overrule them :D
  • Whilst buying tokens doesn't give you any ownership - if RAWA support them they will gift them 20% of their ownership. So they'd only have a c.31% stake, and RAWA would have 7-8%

Sounds ****ing horrendous. forget my devils advocate thing above.

The tokens you get from the arcades down seaburn are worth more.

I listened to it this afternoon and went from completely dismissing TFT's bid to being a little concerned. Tom White seemed to give the impression that it is well down the line and a viable bid, I really hope I have picked it up wrong
It's just a coincidence that Tom white has tweeted about crypto for years I'm sure.

Hes probably in on the or stunt.
