In fairness after reading that article it revealed next to nowt.
I may be way off but it's encouraging/strange that Sanderson should be the player giving the interview, on behalf of the other players, after the big meeting.
Is this the first positive aspect of KLD's effect and will he, as we hope, give players, better than we could usually attract, the impetus to come here.
I've voting 'Yes' and have been assured if the poll is more than 70% in favour Sanderson is legally obliged to stay

It revealed theres a good vibe around the place which is great for the squad when everbody is happy. The takeover has been a great boost for everyone, and hearing what the gaffer has had to say has given the players a big boost aswell obviously.
A happy workplace is a productive workplace.....
It also shows the players are at liberty to talk about the owner ...

No idea if they have to match everything he puts in or buys but people have said they need to match his investment. If he can I think that will be his long term plan, spend and improve the club at a rate they can't keep up.

So what’s the difference between a head coach and a head of coaching
Head of Coaching at the Academy I assume. Also potentially in charge of coaching development - i.e. innovations and education for coaches throughout the club.
Also bear in mind Stuart English was on the pitch with the lads at the end of the semi final. Suggests he's also working with the first team to an extent.
