Had a nice couple of weeks away from the boards really. Was good. After the absolute essential demands earlier.

Not sure why people were spouting garbage or doubting the takeover. Didn't the statement on safc website even say that it could be mid january before the efl clear it
I doubt the club would say mid-Jan if they thought it would go on longer as that would really flip people.
I'm expecting it today ...

As important as it is to have the official announcement I truly hope that work is underway to restart a development of the club structure from the bottom up. We need to ensure that we have the best available people for youth development and the academy, for marketing and digital marketing for advertising and executive functions, matchday partners and food and drink suppliers, entertainment and events, corporate sponsorships and agents, ticketing and stewarding on matchdays, along with a multitude of other areas. Of course ensuring success on the pitch matches all other areas is of paramount importance but to build something meaningful you have to strengthen the foundations and I believe we need to do that to succeed. The announcement when it finally arrives will create some interest and rightly so but I belive wholeheartedly that these processes have already begun. And we have started on a path to success but it won't happen overnight and we may need to be a little more patient yet
