****ing let's just get this ****ing thing done. This wasn't an awful result but by god we need some hope. If anyone wants anything positive, KLD isn't a fan of Donald and although he will still be here at the start he won't stay long. He's seen through him, don't worry about that, and this isn't a guess. Decent point there for me, after the first 15 mins. Think the fans need to make a collective decision if this takeover isn’t done soon we need to make some noise with the club. Rumours that it’s done but also a lot that it’s not. Every day that passes is reducing our chances of promotion this season.
Its horrible to say but i hate watching this Sunderland side. We are poor everywhere. The job this new bloke has is monumental. I think we will be down here a few more seasons yet

It is. Don't know if it's official, signed off done, but it will happen. The EFL have verbally told people it'll happen. There's no reason why it should take any time at all but if it does its likely an issue with the EFL. There's a reason both SAFC and KLD were happy to make a statement. He's coming in, he's not a fan of the current owners, but beyond that I'm not sure what happens from here. Let's hope he gets things right. I think he'll be really good, but I don't think it'll be a quick turn around
It's more than rumours it's done like. Unless the club were talking **** when they said KLD has agreed to buy the club and were waiting for EFL approval, which I don't think is the case.

Not sure how many players Johnson can bring in but he’s going to need a brilliant window to get us promoted. Every game we dominate possession but create nothing. All our strikers are terrible, Diamond at least is a genuine winger but is very raw or possibly not quite good enough. Mcgeady our only quality. We are so boring to watch. Don’t want to knock young players but haven’t seen anything from Embleton to suggest he’s a good player. Thought Max Power was good at right back. Personally I’ve said all season both our keepers are poor

Hull are in an automatic promotion spot and were no better than us. We just need a mediocre keeper and a half decent striker and we’ll be in with a shout.

Not really, we arent great but neither is anyone else in the league. Hull are meant to be 1 of the better sides but tthey arent very good either. Get a bit of pace and a striker and this league is there for the taking
Yeah, it's really odd. He's definitely coming, barring some absolute disaster. He definitely doesn't like the current owners. It didn't start out that way and I genuinely wish I could say why it changed, but I can't. But trust me he'll be here, he won't listen to a word Donald says, and he'll (Donald) be gone in a relatively short time frame. This stuff is all good. What he'll do to improve the side I don't know, I don't get the impression he's any sort of Abramovich! Sounds like he's got really good ideas of how to grow us sensibly but we need to wait a bit and hope he gets it right. He deserves all our support, 100%
IF we can start to put a run together then we might make it, but we need a cracking window for that to happen.
I'm not expecting it to happen - As Johnson has already said they were left with nothing recruitment wise so they really are starting from scratch - hence why he has gone for Winchester as he knows his qualities.
For me we'll see the proper LJ sunderland after the summer when he has let a load go on frees and brough his own players in and they have a right go at the league next year.
Don’t get me wrong, think an agreement was made and the the proposal to the EFL for the checks, but that’s totally different to a done deal. I hear a lot of things from people. I’m not 100% sure SD wants to sell. My concern is this season. We need to get out ASAP due to the number of players out of contract. Nothing is been done to sort this, that I do know.
Our fans need to be patient, (easier said than done) and think longer term imo.
Whether they do or not who knows?? As for SD I genuinely think he had the interests of the club at heart, but since the fans turned i think he's had it in him to be as vindictive as possible. Just my opinion.
