I saw that i’d hope it’s not true, as to me it would look like they are taking the p*** out of fans.

Did see a photo of SD there, think Speakman was there too.

I'm not shocked, they were here for a pay day and got what they came for. In reality, they thought we daft Northerners couldn't see what they were up too from the off.

To add to that, more fool them, imagine the pay day they could have had if they had a clue what they were doing in the first place and got us up to the prem.

Dunno if any of you on twitter but someone asked Nixon for his thoughts on Methven, Donald and Rodwell allegedly bragging in the boardroom at Northampton about how much they're making from the sale to KLD. Obviously may not be true, dunno if it's been mentioned elsewhere?

The problem with 'fictional facts' is that they eventually become real In people's minds, like cutting your hair makes it grow thicker.

These fans groups, or whatever they are, make assumptions which they then repeat as possibilities which eventually morph into facts.
Kittens regularly started off massive lectures by saying 'let's imagine X happened for a moment' onto which he'd construct a huge argument.
By the time he'd finished he'd have convinced himself that X was a fact and quote it in subsequent posts ...

... absolute madness.

Now these clowns are doing the same with Sartori. One of the few facts that we know about him is that he had no power in the club under Donald.

Any argument that ignores that fact is worthless and laughable.

These groups making assumptions about people without having ever met them should be ridiculed. RAWA did it with Louis-Dreyfus and made themselves look needy and arrogant at the same time, which is quite an achievement.

The only thing different to RTG

I was not called a mag

I'm suspicious about that actually happening. I've seen the tweet and it smells to me of someone stirring.
1- his tweet is the only time I've heard this, nobody backed it up, only that they could believe it happened.
2 - how would he know unless he was there? It doesn't seem to be widely discussed or mentioned on Northamptons board or other media outlets.
3- why would Rodwell be bragging about how much he'd make out of the sake? Unless he got done shares given when he was appointed CEO, he has no shareholding in the club to profit from.

I hate Donald and Methven as much as anyone on here, but unless this can really be backed up with evidence it seems another example of someone stirring and causing trouble to push an agenda, just to whip up more animosity from the fans against them.

I agree mate. I just can't see it being true. Although I'd not be surprised either, if in fact it was true.

We've had all kinds of announcements and fanfare ...

... I agree with you mate, let's just get down to work.

Sadly I've written off this season now, it'll either collapse of we'll have too many games to catch up.

I just want a proper transfer window with no panic buys/sales, a proper pre-season with friendlies that benefit us and a clean sweep through the club.

Donald has lost the trust of the supporters, all momentum and a fair few fans ,,,

... we really need to get those very important three things back asap.
Only thing I would disagree with is writing the season off , good chance a lot of clubs will be faced with the same COVID issue we have just experienced and will miss games due to isolating . We are still within touching distance of the play off places a little further to the automatic places and we know how quickly things can change .

We're too weak up front (unlike Salma) to go up, and I'm normally optimistic!

Could do with a couple of inspired signings.
