As far as I'm concerned it's all done and I'm becoming increasingly annoyed the statement hasn't yet been released.

I'm sure there are many reasons but the supporters are the club and deserve a bit of a boost.

The 70's was hundreds of times better than now. Loads of local lads playing for us after coming through from the youth team. Dennis Tueart, Gary Rowell, Joe Bolton, Shaun Elliott, Kevin Arnott etc etc, these lads genuinely wanted to play for us and the club to do well as they were here for "the long term". Now we have a bunch of third rate mercenaries who couldn't give a toss as they probably won't be here in a couple of years time. Our glorious leader Stewie has taken away the option of a team mainly composed of local talent for years to come by flogging any up and coming talent before they even get a chance to progress to the "reserves" . For the club's sake the Oxford Mafia need to be nowhere near any decision making power as they have set us back years. It's finally looking like there is a chink of light at the end of a very dark tunnel :1980_boogie_down:
