Mate I don't post over the road so hadn't seen this. Had assumed a new entity was buying some of Madrox out.

Hope so, I'm no shrinking violet at all but I've found most on here are reasonable and just want to talk SAFC without the need to act as a keyboard warrior.

Anyway as far as the new owners goes, Donald has been running the club as the sporting director but methven and sartori have both been equally as sick of the decisions made and want a real one appointed, they have then arranged for others to come on board to give themselves control of the club.

Nah, not at all. People can believe what they like. Just this is starting to sound more like an investment in Madrox than a takeover of the club if that makes sense.

It's not hoof ball they play marra, it's a pragmatic approach they have. Living the dream.
 
Promotion via any route has to be the aim this season for us, whomever is in charge or controlling stake or what have you need to realise that.

I know all that Smug... I'm really confused why you think you need to spell that out to me as none of my posts have suggested I don't know that.

All I said was I'd hoped that KLD and JS were setting up a new entity to buy some of SAFC from Madrox. I'm perfectly aware of the share distribution of Madrox.

What I wasn't aware of was that there was a general consensus around the structure of how KLD and JS are taking over the club.

It's a shame it's happening this way as it adds fuel to the fire to the people saying "its not a takeover" when to me it clearly is.

As a minority shareholder who did not get on with SD what input could he have , probably can’t wait for SD to disappear in to the sunset and get to work . For a purported member of WMS staff you do not appear to be very wise if you can’t fathom that a minority shareholder is not going to have much influence.

It is an investment in madrox but the shares from methven and Donald is going from 80% to 20-26% they're only holding on for their payday and once they get it they'll be gone.

I wasn't particularly spelling it out to you mate, just saying there seems to be some confusion about what Madrox is.
