I've not had any new information but I've had nothing to contradict what I was told previously.

I don't believe Donald has the inclination, finance or courage to cling on and I truly hope I'm right.

My complete guess is that he's not just moving the goalposts but hiding them away for another 6 months to see if he can fluke a promotion and some revenue from the PL.

Rodwell has had two public situations to deal with. The season ticket fiasco and now this Premier Big Picture Project
He has made an arse of both of them. Showing not just his inability but his complete lack of empathy and contempt for the fans in the process.

Probably a good thing there are no fans allowed in at the moment and the players can just get on with playing because the atmosphere would be toxic.

Agree with this, and if It’s not the case I worry for the future of are football club, people might believe he’s making it up, but he would of done much worse then that, he would of ****ed up probably are last chance with the Americans, I’ve seen a few mixed people coming from the club trying to damping rumours it’s FPP, I’m starting to believe it’s in case it doesn’t happen, CM one of them, if it doesn’t happen, it’s all on Donald’s head,

I get they want to be professional etc, but if they're getting ****ed around again by Donald, they need to play a bit dirty. Put the word out that they're interested in the club but are being frustrated. The way the fans are now that would be like stamping on a wasps nest (or bees or hornets, whichever ones worse, I'm nee David Attenborough). That would put all the "maybe there's not a buyer" stuff to bed. It would stop the "don't withhold money, they might not be able to sell and it would put us in difficulty". If they really want this club and they're sick of Donald, leak something to a paper and watch us drag these ****ers out of town. Also known as **** or get off the pot, we can't waste years whilst these lads secretively have the most on off negotiations in history

This Project Big Picture is nuts and SD is an idiot if he can’t see it will significantly reduce the value of SAFC if it goes through.

First, the extra money now is peanuts when divided between 72 club. £2m at best.

Secondly, the future share of TV revenue is meaningless as the extra voting power given to the main 6 clubs is very obviously so they can vote in favour of selling TV rights individually rather than as a league. So they are giving away a % of a number they know is going to be worth less.

Third, the loss of 2 places in the Premier League is a 10% decrease in number of Premier League clubs. The bulk of the value of SAFC to any buyer is the prospect of getting back to the PL which is now significantly lower probability.

Fourth, the other staggeringly obvious point is that the big clubs want less fixtures in order to free up space for an expanded Champions League in which they will have a permanent place. No relegation from a European Super League for the richest clubs. Aston Villa, Forest, SV Hamburg, Borussia M, Steaua B, etc lost to history.

The value of the PL TV rights will drop 75%. SAFC will be worth bugger all and I will personally just spend my time watching the NFL where competition is guaranteed.

Someone on this board said this is an offer from a loan shark and it is spot on. SAFC is finished for ever if it goes through, as are many other clubs. They might be kept alive just about but the dream is dead.

I have to agree with this. I completely understand the want and need to get the best price possible and not give Donald what he feels he is entitled to but after the last year they really need to play the press and get some snippets out there to pile the pressure on Donald.
The fans really are in need of some good news and something to get their teeth into. After today it would be a fantastic time to leak something out there that they are close to pulling out completely. The silence has been horrendous from all sides.
