So is Brian Marwood involved or not.
There’s 2 fellas on here have proof that some mad bastard got things right but won’t say what it was . But he was right then it must have happened and it isn’t a secret anymore so either say what it is or **** off.
And if I’m speaking out of term I don’t mind if I get banned, ****ing does my tits in **** like this twat.

It's been discussed by others earlier in the thread, marwood has been offered a role at the club but rumour is he only wants the job if FPP come on board.

I've heard from a couple of people that Marwood was offered a role when the FPP stuff was initially mooted but that he turned it down. Means nowt mind, he might have been approached again and been of a different mind this time, maybe wants to get closer to home or whatever. I'd be 99.9% sure that he'd only come if FPP did though. Or at least someone with very serious money and plans. He's got a cracking reputation and wouldn't bother to come here and tread water

still beats me why the city has never looked at the possibility of a 'riverside center' similar to the quayside, with a little thought they could even make it unique by using the bankside to create 'caverns' to hold pubs/restaraunts/motel type buildings a bit like the underground motels at Coober Pedy in Australia, they are nowt flash and once inside pretty much like any other motel room in the world but unique with the underground thing.

the city has so much scope but ideas (imho) have been misplaced for years, quick profit-back pocket seems the way now.

but but but the labour party has been in charge in Sunderland since after the war....stayed true to labour even when the evil Boris tried to sweeten them, they like it as it is as in the winter when the fall in the snow the cash in the back pockets saves them from injury.all that money and i still fail to see what they have done with it compared to Coventry Stoke etc and all the other former Labour councils who are doing ok now.oops that's right all former councilors who were council house tenants, now live in lovely posh homes. The biggest laugh people still support them in this region, was in two minds to write this thinking of all the abuse ill get but **** it i wont be intimidated.

Hes got a nice electrical system in the extension to his house, I installed it for him:azn:

Completely irrelevant but met him a few time socially through a friend when they both worked for Nike
Really nice lad down to earth no heirs or graces. Would love him to be involved. With his contacts would be massive for the club.

Yep, he was sound enough when I done his house, pretty irrelevant tbh and it was when he worked for Sky & Nike...way before Man City
