The sale of academy players, redundancies and long term furlough is all done with the intention of maximising the budget and keeping the club running with that in mind.

It all sounds very promising, there's just this nagging doubt that Donald may be just stubborn enough to stick around.

As far as I'm aware the only chance of Donald making serious money is to hold on until promotion to the PL.

He obviously believes he can achieve that ...

... possibly the only person on the planet who does.

afraid i do not know SD well enough to guess his wants...obviously he came into the venture with thoughts of 'big club, get promoted easy, sell for profit'...had he got us promoted i very much doubt a single fan would have begrudged him his bit profit but he has now failed twice, a third failure would see his asking price sink dramatically along with more harm to the club...the only real question now is how long he feels he can hang on...take what is offered even if it means a loss or try to get the club moving again with the danger of bigger losses but the slim hope of a little bit of a profit?

i hope he is not one to let his pride get in the way...

I wouldn’t say it’s been contradicted
It’s just seems to be different time scales

It’s seems me and smug have heard it’s pretty advanced to the point of lawyers and the other 2 have heard it’s still abit longer away

I hope you're right mate. Let's just say I think I know your ultimate source and I think that makes it wrong, and I'm not one to do the whole "no one will be happier than me to be wrong" thing. I hope you're right and I'm wrong, obviously
