This may not be what people want to hear but it's the best I can do. I 'understand', after asking lots of people, that there's been meetings all week and the participants have changed from last week. I wasn't given much info, as you'd expect, but it doesn't sound like the top level people have changed if you see what I mean. I take it, from what I gathered, that the buyer & seller have dipped out and left things to the legal/admin people on the 'second level'. In my opinion that's a huge step forward but other people might disagree. I've asked Grumpy Old Man, by text, if he concurs as he's far and away the best man to ask. I'll post his response although, sadly, he thinks posting on one forum takes enough of his time. As his choir work has been curtailed I'd hoped his sign up but he's reluctant, I'll ask again.
