Tbh I think the town centre is about to become better than it ever has been, I am in my early 40's, the pubs and nightlife were brilliant when I was a teenager / early 20's, got married and went to live in Hebburn mid 20's....from then everything went massively downhill with the shutting of VAUX which seemed to take a lot with it. We have waited 20 years for the Council to start spending on the City and the Re-generation of VAUX and there seems to be money getting spent everywhere - It seems to be a massive push to bring Sunderland into the 21st century and Im pretty impressed with everything thats going on tbh. Hopefully the Football club is next

To be fair I'm sure he'll have had loads of people asking him on twitter and the likes. Given how important this situation is for the club I'd have expected him to come out and say "nope, not doing anything" if he wasn't involved. The internal group involving fpp might well be favourites but I'm confident that rubberfaces info will have been right and he'll be passing on what he's heard from their side

So do I have to move to this forum now? seems like it's where all the cool cats are at the moment!
 
Just a question, that i genuinally dont know the answer to, but can FPP buy us outright if they have invested loans into the likes of Derby? Or is a completely seperate company with no individuals from FPP involved?

I think MSD invested in Southampton, MSD UK in Derby and of course FPP Sunderland invested in us. I'd presume they can take us over completely.
