FPP have not invested in Derby and Southampton, that is MSD and its loans not investment.

Yes they are two different businesses, but MSD are also made up with Phelan, Platek and Furhman who are partners and managing directors respectivley.

I am unsure whether they can 'invest' in two different football clubs at the same time.

If they’ve invested in derby and Southampton that’s two different clubs. No different to Lloyd’s or Barclays loaning to half the league at different times, I would think.

    I'll take it.
Believe it was SD, Fuhrman, Gray and Storey.
They went upstairs later and had a foursome, with biscuits.

You're not allowed shares in two clubs.

As neither FPP or MSD have any shares in any of the 3 clubs it's not an issue.

But if FPP take shares in the club or just Furhmann. Be no conflict of issue if MSD bought shares in any other club

"See Riv griefing me over the road."

I'm sure the EFL will come up with some nonsense to stop it.

I mean the salary cap and the PPG situation definitely want us in the third tier.

Were you banned from SMB mate or did you just chose to stop posting?

Seems like there's loads of old usernames on here, that I haven't seen on SMB for ages.

I know I'm probably asking an impossible question here but do you think there is a chance we could get some news later today either through your sources or the club itself?
Thanks for your info by the way.
