Good advice mate. As we probably won't have any more visitors we've decided to have a week's holiday here. We were going to go to the Pyrenees but we have a massive pool, incredible views and a top outdoor music system. So we've told the bosses our phone if off and we're pretending we've rented the place ... ... as it rents for 15,000€ a week it's the closest we'll ever get

It’s a shambles the way it’s handled mate, I can work remotely so it’s workable for me but bird can’t so we are snookered. There’s no drama in the South of France the fact they can’t regionalise these things is a piss take. It harms tourism both sides of the channel, it’s not just the French that lose out. I’m all for keeping the virus away from here but do it in a controlled manner. You can’t have folk taking 3 weeks leave for a long weekend away that’s bananas.
Ah just been to sunny Suffolk for a couple of weeks no rain, temp around 30°C for 8 days and the rest 25ish. Went down there with jeans rugby shirts etc and had to order emergency delivery of shorts and the tee shirts. Jean's and Rugby shirts not taken out of the hold all.
