TBF Smug you seem a decent lad, and if any decent Sunderland Supporter had some juicy info, if you could you'd want to share it, and where better than a Sunderland AFC supporters forum to share it?

From my mate, the accountant, if anyone is interested ...

...
Donald's £37m is a price tag for the sale of Sunderland by Madrox. If, however, Fuhrman was to buy Donald's 74% of Madrox, the price tag could change considerably. As of July 2019, Donald's personal cost (primarily loans from him to Madrox) was £11.2m, not £37m.

Didn't the 'FPP' loan go directly to Madrox, if so we're almost there <laugh>

Now that take on it changes everything I reckon!

Thats GOM from the other forum

As we all expected, FPP played a blinder with the Loan and knew Donald was thick as mince.
I don’t think he’s thick they just saw his financial situation and realised he couldn’t sustain the club and was well out of his depth. These guys are a million miles ahead of him in terms of being hard nosed businessmen. There would only ever be one winner.

No problem. I don't get it why some try to catch people out on here. We all hope for the same outcome. Let's hope it happens this week. Let's also hope its a clean take over. Not one that even GOM will struggle to explain to us all.

:emoticon-0140-rofl: This is Sunderland man.......whatever happens here it will be anything but clean and simple! I suspect we will need every bit of GOM's expertise to understand where we are after this is done!

Its the stress Smug - if the sun's shining over there, grab a glass of your favourite tipple, sit back and let it all wash over you

Good advice mate.

As we probably won't have any more visitors we've decided to have a week's holiday here.

We were going to go to the Pyrenees but we have a massive pool, incredible views and a top outdoor music system.

So we've told the bosses our phone if off and we're pretending we've rented the place ...

... as it rents for 15,000€ a week it's the closest we'll ever get <laugh>

I was gonna be in Nice Fri-Tuesday but the quarantine has ****ed that. Can still go to Turkey but there’s the risk of that being added to list by end week as well.

Bollocks.

The people due here, last Saturday, had booked a year ago for a big 50th wedding anniversary.

They were in bed at Manchester Airport Hotel, at 10pm on Thursday, when the news broke.

They had to cancel ...

Cheers mate <cheers>

I only want to be right for people like you ...

... incredibly there are some RTG weirdos hoping I'm wrong, wtf.

Yep, and the most laughable thing is that they want irrefutable confirmation of the authenticity of the information you,and some others, have put up,but, the only way they'll ever get that is from an official statement directly from the parties involved, which ,of course, will not happen until any deal is signed, sealed and delivered!
So,all they can do is to live in their ultra-sceptic,envious bubble, derailing threads accordingly, until it plays out, desperately hoping everything falls through,so they can say told ya so! :emoticon-0102-bigsm ****ing morons!

It’s a shambles the way it’s handled mate, I can work remotely so it’s workable for me but bird can’t so we are snookered.

There’s no drama in the South of France the fact they can’t regionalise these things is a piss take.

It harms tourism both sides of the channel, it’s not just the French that lose out. I’m all for keeping the virus away from here but do it in a controlled manner. You can’t have folk taking 3 weeks leave for a long weekend away that’s bananas.

Ah just been to sunny Suffolk for a couple of weeks no rain, temp around 30°C for 8 days and the rest 25ish. Went down there with jeans rugby shirts etc and had to order emergency delivery of shorts and the tee shirts. Jean's and Rugby shirts not taken out of the hold all.
