to be fair to Gareth - I don't agree with what he's saying and the views of WMS in general over recent weeks, but his podcast is discussed on here quite often. He has every right to come on and defend himself / put his view across. He's doing so respectfully unlike many others before him.

I dread to think what’s on the other threads about the pod ‍♂️ *deletes account*

The tweets they are putting out are bed wetting nonsense. Overly critical about a takeover when they know about as much as any of us.

Starting to like our potential new regime.
Reading all these articles and tweets from the likes of Hunter and Nixon
The local press and the tabloids are getting nothing. They are churning out stuff that when you read it is pure speculation.

Also the amount of people now coming out of the woodwork with "I've been told" stuff is amazing

Nostalgic, I know, but I remember the days of journalism with the likes of Doug Wetherall.

The media, these days, get most of their info from forums.

Northern Echo reporting manager should be announced by weekend..lines up with the info I'm getting...

Lots happening behind the scenes..lots of negativity about as well...

For everyone's info...Dreyfus and Satori want and are determined to be successful here...a 6% shareholder will not distract them from achieving success..

KTF

Hope new manager is in by Thurs or Fri so he has a bit of involvement against Wigan but cheers for the update.

Thats not really what’s happened though. You’re demanding I provide you with information that I don’t particularly want to give out. I’ve probably said more than I should anyway.
Smug has only asked you what home games Methane has been to this season. Not expecting photos of the ticket stubs or owt.

Fwiw, I thought the bloke was ill so wouldn't expect him to be travelling around very much.

A bloke who works for a huge mouth piece for the club cannot see how continually spouting that Methven will have this huge voice going forward is a negative when they have no idea if its true or not?

Dear me. Not only is it negative its dangerous. Whipping fans up into a negative spin over something that has no facts at all to back it up

Based on what?

Based on the fact both Magnus and Prehab have said he will be involved to an extent, and the fact that that is his skillset. It seems the only thing all groups of Sunderland fans seem to current be able to agree on is that it seems Methven will stay involved in some capacity. The question is how much influence, and I think next to nothng.

Shouldn't have used the word "clear" ; more "likely".

Nobody cares what I think. I don’t work for anyone. We’re not a mouthpiece for the club.

What I or anyone from WMS say or do will affect absolutely nothing.

has been in the last couple of days... I clarified this statement a few posts later that it's not a widespread thing as I re-read and saw it might have been misinterpreted as that.

It's not even sure he'll keep his shares.

Magnus and Prehab think he may but that's all.

Anything else is total guesswork mate.

There's been a lot guilty of that in the last year. Well, since FPP had a change of heart to be precise.
