SD doesn't worry me, I think he'll shrink away. It's Charlie that worries me. He'll not want to be behind the scenes, he loves himself too much and loves being in the limelight.
I detest CM even more than SD i know people have said he is a successful businessman but that is in PR and hopefully the new people will realise what a **** job he did of that up here, so if they have any sense what ever job he gets is behind the scenes.
The best thing for them and us is that we never hear about what this slimes twat is doing, they need to realise we will never accept him in any shape or form

I’m happy to wait and see what the outcome is BUT I wouldn’t be happy if Methven was the chair of our club. In fact I’d be fuming, quality football or not. I’d enjoy the football but spend every waking hour scheming of a way to undermine him.

You may as well worry about where you'll find XXXXXXL condoms mate ...

.... absolutely no need to concern yersel.

Methven shouldn't be allowed to run a tap.

I'm just hoping some of this is way off. STID, the leaks, the interviews all show the bloke is belligerent and toxic. If he ends up as CEO or Chairman or whatever else it's out of the frying pan and into the arse raping.

I'm just, based off nothing but blind and frankly ignorant preference, ruling his control of the club out until I hear otherwise.

Some are getting too obsessed with CM remaining.

The sporting director will be running everything that's important for us, performance, recruitment and team matters etc. That's the key appointment

What pleased me about the Equippe article was they said an agency had been employed to find suitable candidates for the role of sporting director. I would have thought KLD would have some decent contacts himself but he's still used an agency to see if a better candidate could be found. I like that approach.

Very good post that idiots will ignore.

Clever people get the best people for the job in and then let them get on with their job.

It's a good sign this may be the case with the lad.

Another indication this Methuen thing cannot be true. I know. I'm reaching.

I’m going to wait and see what happens. Yes some people were being over negative but I also think people drinking champagne was a bit OTT. If we get a director of football and a new good manager then I will get excited. I’m worried by gordon Armstrongs comments. Methven running the club would be disastrous. Why would anyone want someone who has no respect for the club or fans running things? I don’t trust Donald, methven or sartori. They have had over 2 year running the football club and have been terrible and clearly just interested in making money. If the new people coming in aren’t running the show it’s a no from me.

FFS man, what fuc***g difference does it make to you or anyone else, this isn't University Chalenge or Mastermind ...

... just a bunch of daft lads having a laugh.

Chorley supporters are dreaming of Wembley because they beat Peterborough in the FA Cup.

There's no chance but that's not the point ...

... whatever the point is you've missed it by ******g miles.

Why, what have you heard, what's your source ....

.... you seem to be ITK so please tell everyone what you know.

I'm all ears, over to you ...
Ive told you before, someone directly employed by donald told me there was no takeover, that was months ago when nick barnes was fed a line from the club and started spouting ****e. Since then, obviously they have again secured some investment, but not a hope in hell donald is letting go of this. To even consider methven to still have a control of the club, and try and give it a positive spin is rediculous.

Just catching up on all of the leaked texts and latest takeover news. Can I anyone confirm if the rumours about CM having a major input in the running of club when the takeover is announced are true ?

Employed in what capacity?

Methven running the club, Sartori+Donald having 55%...I don't know, it doesn't seem that exciting. It actually looks like an investment from Kyril to help his mate Sartori and getting 40% for his troubles, rather than buying the club and changing it as he pleases.
I'm really struggling to get excited by this, maybe I've lost all hope...

That's the biggest pile of uninformed guesswork since David Icke told us about his alien mates <laugh>

Many years ago I had a mate who did similar but was for financial accountants so got a bit of an insight into how that industry worked so it instantly stood out for me. It shows a level of profesionalism and lack of ego that I could never associate with Don. I'm quietly confident we'll end up with someone streets above what Richard Hill could provide.

I just find it odd that based on armstrongs claims the current shareholders would still hold a majority yet there is going to be total change including a new board and new man running the club. Sounds more like decisions made by an incoming new majority shareholder.
