Gordon Armstrong saying he's heard from inside the club that Dreyfuss and Sartori will have same % of shares and that Sartori, Donald and Methven will have over half of all shares so effectively Dreyfuss won't have control. Also says Methven will be effectively running the club.

A proper downer on things if this turns out to be true.
Agreed

It would be a canny kick in the stotts and for that reason I choose to not believe it

I’m with you in that one, the fact Nixon said an hour ago that KDL will be the main man gives me a little hope that Armstrong is still crying after last time

What excites me is the thought that the new owner will not be joining us to fail. He is a young man with a point to prove and I think he will want to make a name for himself within football.
The only way he can do that is if he is successful with us ( assuming he is joining us). That’s a nice thought to have.

Before the usual suspects appear and pour scorn on what’s being said may I suggest that everyone just wait another 2 days to see who is in control and not take it the truth in what other people are guessing who will be in charge. Rejoice in the fact that we are being taken over and anything will be better than what we have been through

Some are getting too obsessed with CM remaining.

The sporting director will be running everything that's important for us, performance, recruitment and team matters etc. That's the key appointment

Yeah agree mate. I am not a methven fan but if what you say is correct i am not concerned. The RR and Wise men say POD crews are really pushing the negativity on twitter.

People are getting way too hung up on Methven remaining in a position of ‘control’.

Like Prehab has said, as long as he isn’t making any footballing decisions, then it’s fine. He is a fairly successful businessman so should be able to do the non footballing stuff well enough. As long as we have new people doing all the football stuff.

I’m starting to get really annoyed at the WMS podcast guys in twitter desperately jumping on anything to put a negative spin on this. Within 10 minutes of that Gordon Armstrong tweet a good few of them have tweeted how much of a disaster this is going to be.

Lets just wait and see what the share split is.
If Methvan has helped broker the deal then he may well still be involved so be it
But I can't see him increasing his 6%. Donald will be out we will have new wealthy majority shareholders who will be pulling the strings.
Methvan doesn't matter. Yes he's a twat but in business Twats often prosper you just have to move on. At 6% he does as he's told
What matters as @Prehab26 says is who they bring in and how we are structured on the football side.
Change is coming and I'm very optimistic

Also if Nixon had any new info he wouldn't be replying to tweets he'd be all over it

Agreed. I think it's because they were so adamant that nowt was happening , this is there way to distract or put it down.

It's constant too

Exactly. I find it really disappointing they seem desperate to be correct, even to the point of wanting this takeover to be ‘bad’. Dampens the positivity which we should all be having.
