Liverpool on a knife edge

Boro got lucky? We got lucky. We should have lost that game, we were diabolical. They had exerted so much energy and focus throughout that in the last 15 minutes, they were probably exhausted. Especially as their manager didn't make any changes until the 80th minute.
That Adama Traore looks like a real dangerous player. His game needs some refinement, but he absolutely terrorised our defence today. His speed and strength are incredible. Needs to work on the technical side of his game a little more, but if he progresses well, he'll end up at a top club soon.

Liverpool have all of the top four spots, don't they? So, I know spurs, arsenal and liverpool all missed the chance to go top today.
Is noone top now then ?
Edit : Just checked. Apparantly i'd got that wrong. I'll get my coat.![]()
Haig must be livid with this liverpool win, not to mention another goalless draw for spurs, also the sheer embarrassment he must be feeling that the bent liverpool loving officials let his team get away with a few stonewall red cards today.
at least when the officials help us out we take advantage![]()

Good to have you back SMK
Even if you do talk a load of ****![]()
Cheers bud
its nice to have the old spurs back too![]()
He's as nutty as some of us! He says "I don't blame Wenker,I do blame the sideways,sideways,sideways......."Who is the manager there? He decides how they play. You must log in or register to see media
Nope, a manager sets up the team in a certain way with certain tactics, once on the field he can't tell the players which pass to make. He's as nutty as some of us! He says "I don't blame Wenker,I do blame the sideways,sideways,sideways......."Who is the manager there? He decides how they play.
We'd be very lonely without your company, old sucky old pal. Those cocky Leicester tossers have all but vanished from here after their less than impressive start to the season. But you help keep our feet on the ground, so thank you.
Jokes aside, you look far more like a team without Sturridge and have navigated a tricky opening set of fixtures superbly, painful as that is for me to admit. What do you think his future holds?
For studge? i doubt hell be with us after next summers transfer window tbh, as much as i like him as a player he's a square peg in a round hole at the moment in our team. in this current team set up he should be playing as one of the wide 3, as he doesnt do the work required to play the central role, unlike firmino. ings for that reason would create more of a problem in the central role than studge imho.
for us as a team, i think top 4 is looking very achievable this season, the squad looks as balanced as ive ever seen at LFC, we are definitely going the right way in terms of progression, with one or two additions in the winter window we could finish strongly
As for us, there's a rather large Harry Kane size hole in the team that grows more obvious by the day. The sooner our prodigal son returns, the better. Should be a decent match on Tuesday. I for one couldn't give a damn about the EFL cup, so I hope Poch gives the kids a chance like he did against the Gills. A trip to Anfield, even if it ends in defeat, would be a great experience for them. Winks, Carter-Vickers, Wimmer, Onomah, Edwards all have bright futures ahead of them but are struggling to pick up game time. How do you think Klopp will approach the game?
Sucky : You are not allowed here. There is a specific article dedicated to your kind.
