I've been very sceptical about Pep and remain so. The PL isn't like anything he's seen before. He's nailed his colours to one tactic. The opposition doesn't have to work it out. He's told everyone how his team is going to play and it's not exactly hard to work out how to combat it. If he had top drawer players doing it or mixed it up a bit with a long ball or two, then it might be a bit more effective. However, right now there are too many slow and average players in defence and central midfield and they're an invitation to get stuck into. I'm not sure that kicking out Hart as brutally as he did, did much for morale either.
Not worth £15m a season, so far but they'll just spend another £200m next summer and try again.
