They still have far much to do. Swansea, Southampton and Chelsea are all likely to take points off Leicester and QPR could easily be a draw or a QPR win (which isn't ideal either).

Leicester are going to have to do something that they haven't managed all season. They'll be playing games under huge pressure and I just don't think they have the squad or manager capable of getting what's required. Essentially they'll run out of games.

The remaining fixtures make a big difference. Leicester have some nice home games. We only have one game where you'd say we're favourites, but looking at similar games this season, we've not offered enough to win most of the time, I fear it'll be the same when we play Burnley.

But I dont agree. All the fans of the teams at the bottom will also be looking at Lester as their game to win as well.

You want to be playing Stoke, Everton, West Ham, Swansea and The Jawdies etc (I know they have them last two) - those with absolutely nothing to play for and their players only bothered about not being injured for their summer holiday. You dont want to be playing a wounded WBA, Sunlan, DQPR and Burnley.

I think Lester will still just about be in it with 2 games to play, then lose both the last 2 and finish bottom.

I can see Leicester staying up and if they do they'll have deserved it.

I can see us going down and if we do then we'll have deserved it.

No bitching or crying if it happens mind.

LEicester won't stay up. They play decent football but like us they lack the grit. I can see them drawing or losing games they should have won like us.

No, they'll still expect you to be relegated. You are too far behind and given your scenario of 5 wins, regardless of opposition that is a tall order. Especially as to date you've only managed about 5 wins in 30 odd games.

No they wouldnt. If we beat West Brom and results go our way we will be 3 points adrift with a game in hand, 5 out of 7 at home and with back to back wins for momentum

We are far from out of this atm

You're hoping to achieve in 8 games what you haven't managed in 30. It's simply impossible.

Are you on that awesome high at the moment after the weekends game?

While we won 3 points we only gained a point on 17th. After we played you was looked flat and drained for confidence. The international break done us a favour and on saturday the whole place seemed different. The atmosphere was really good and the players was really up for it. Cambiasso has been talking the talk all week about we can do it and on saturday yet again he backed that up. He really seems in be inspiring the players in installing belief back into everyone

We are still in a bad position but if we get the right result on Saturday things could look very good for us with us being 3 points adrift but if they go against us we could be 9 points which would be very difficult to turn around.

The West Ham result gave us a platform for the great escape but if still a tall order but with how we have played all season we believe its possible

People can look at the fixtures all they want .
We failed to beat Sunderland and Liecester who where lets face it shocking in those games.
What makes people think we've suddenly got it in us.
Jesus our goalies good for a goal against every game

I reckon there's one big performance left in us against a top team - we seem to raise ourselves for these

that plus the must win vs Burnley and we may be ok

Realistically you'll need to win 4 out of your last 8 with probably the worst squad in the league. Considering you've only won 5 all year it would seem almost impossible

Everyone goes on about our run-in but looking at the other teams I cant see them getting many points either. I think this could be the lowest points needed for survival in PL history.

It would be interesting if we go down to see who is poached. Which of our players would appeal to other PL clubs? Diame, Elmo, erm...... We will be left with the bulk of our highest earners I feel which is a bit of a worry.

I've been saying this for weeks now - apart from this past weekend, the other teams weren't picking up points meaning it was going to be an incredibly low points tally to stay up. As long as we don't lose to Burnley, I think that's all we need.

Don't worry mate, Allam has a masterplan:emoticon-0148-yes:
If Hull City finish in the bottom 3, Allam will demand the FA keep Hull Tigers in the EPL because Hull City no longer exist.

As crazy as that sounds, I would not put it past him.

No doubt the council will write another pointless letter to the Premier League, requesting them to keep us in the Premier League because we're City Of Culture.
