How the **** he never gets barred considering the **** he's given @janey on there beyond me

Yet I offer the numpties who goad me out on there face to face I get a 10 day ban

I just don't get it he is an absolute joke that should have been a perm ban and as you say the other ones who just snipe looking for you to kick off then cry about it and report you.

I'm not concerned by the length of time it's taking.

SD clearly hasn't tapped anyone up and has decided to speak to a few and generally doing it properly.

There was already a few days for initial dust settling, drawing up a short list, speak to agents. Then interviewing will have taken 2 or 3 days. Then a decision, then negotiations and maybe a few problems with people dropping out as money not good enough etc.

Tonight or tomorrow seems reasonable.

Haven't even been on imagine it will be kicking off.

Like this place get the information as good posters on here and people who can actually have a sensible discussion as fellow Sunderland fans. Loads of good posters over on RTG but too many trolls, WUMS and full on helmets who ruin it.
It was a complete waste of time posting on there. Too many people jumping down throats if they had a different point of view.

Ok, so you are at operations manager level. Gobsmacked as to how you can't then understand that it could take longer than a week to draw up a list of candidates and then approach their clubs, then go through the full interview process before deciding on somebody, followed by negotiations with the manager and club he's at.

You're unhappy that hasn't happened in one week?
It doesn’t work the same as Operations Management though. I’d love to know how many clubs sack a manager and don’t have anyone appointed in over a week. He knew he had to sack him, he wasted 3 days before communicating it. Parkinson isn’t at a club, Stendal isn’t at a club, Pearson isn’t at a club, and you are happy that they haven’t sorted it out 11 days and counting since his last game. Fair play but I still reckon it is small time

Of course you're right in some ways, we all want everything now ...
... tbh I'd settle for something now.

I really hoped I wouldn't be looking over at Fowler on Saturday but wtf.

At which point would you say it's gone on too long?

He did though, but always came back.

Some really good posters got perm bans yet hes still allowed...

ProfessionalMackem was a cracking poster, aye he posted stuff most people thought was nuts on the SMB section but he was spot on and got a perm ban for nothing really bet been many more too.

This is a ‘professional’ football club, not an office, factory or haulage company.

A decision to dismiss should have had thought beforehand and planning, we aren’t then advertising in the jobs pages and wading through hundreds of CV’s.

There should have been max 4-5 to consider, quickly whittled down and appointed, we are a quarter of the way through a vital season in the clubs future and we can’t be writing off weeks on this.

11 days is absolutely too long, this is one man for one job, with a bit of focus a plan should have been in place within hours of JR going, with any nouse before he went.

Exactly they should have had something lined up not just think ah **** better sack him then start looking for a manager.

I can't say that's what they have did but you'd have presumed we would have had someone by now especially with the international break perfect time.

That’s one of the frustrations.

It LOOKED like a perfectly planned and timed move, review when we’ve a 2 week break.

It turned out to be another **** cannon. It’s caused arguments and speculation galore, further destabilising the fan base and potentially the club.

**** knows what the frame of mind is in the squad for another tough away game where we really ****ing need leadership and a result.

I certainly think they are going through the process
There has been no real info being leaked just rumours and speculation.
I'm still hoping that this is why Parkinson and Ainsworth ended up top of the betting
It would not surprise me to see someone come out of the pack and get the job. It happens fairly regularly
Stendel / Pearson have gone under the radar because I believe they talked to them early in the process.
Maybe wishful thinking but I think it will be one of those two.

(queue Parkinson appointed in next 2 hours)

Well the way a lot went on about JR's man management and game management you'd think they could sort it out amongst themselves
