I don't think the criteria for Bob is much more than if he knows them and classes them as mates.

He was saying Eric Roy should have the job when he hadn't been a manager for about a decade. Yeah he turned out to be successful but when Bob was saying g he should get it there was nothing in the slightest to suggest he would be, it appeared like he was done with being a manager/head coach and was going to be director of football type!
Not quite true, he has what it takes to be a top manager, when he was offered after the AN debacle KS said he was unproven.
He's proven now.

This is why I think we should take itk posters with a pinch of salt.
Of course. That’s always a given! However on here they don’t get berated if it turns out to be incorrect. Move on and live life.
On RTG there seems to be this weird obsession/jealousy from others who just want to prove them wrong and castigate them from society. Mind you, there’s a hell of a lot more wind-up merchants over there pretending to know stuff, or crave attention from internet strangers.

Why, no ****er knows what's going on we may as well have a massive list of prospective managers.
Will the Still can do one
I haven't followed any of his videos so don't know much about him. I do like the idea of a young coach who can converse in different languages though. Not sure what the hold up is but we've reached the stage of between due dilligence and **** or get off the pot!

Give me on thing Hecky has done that supports him for the role, other than taking Sheff United who were pre season favourites with a squad he didn’t build up.
Honesty, integrity, respect, knows this league. And most of all wants the job.
No matter who built Sheff Utd he still got them up with no money.

I'm not sure how it works but all I can remember is beale appearing out of nowhere and then getting appointed a few days later
He's either been put in because someone has requested him or he's been put in because they know something.

Skybet are one of the worst bookies out there. If you've got an account just go ask them for a price on Jurgen klopp to be the next sunderland manager and they'd put him in at 12/1

No offence Bob, but he comes across to me as someone you wouldn't mind as your stepdad. That's me not knowing him.

If we don't end up with a character we can get behind at the very least I'd hope we'd get someone with the right amount of arrogance and talent.

There’s a bunch of people , couple on here, largely on RTG, saying Lens sound a mess fan revolt and financial, he’s better here , then wanting a protest and KLD out and everyone sacked. Thick as whale spunk.

If Still, or any other manager, is sitting pondering where to go I pray he doesn't look at RTG, etc ...

... calls for mass protests, 'heroes' putting stickers on the ground and demands that KLD sells up.

It's only a tiny fraction of a support with 30k season tickets but it just makes us look ridiculous. They keep saying the club is a laudhing stock, they obviously don't have any mirrors in their houses.

A football club is choosing their next manager ffs ...

... you'd think they were proposing to buy Leyton Orient and move the club down to London.

They didn’t need mo why though they already had about the strongest squad. They were going up more or less whoever went in there.

The biggest similarity to us now is Leeds, are we just overlooking that train wreck? And he did the same as everyone at Barnsley.

He is not it.

I can give you 3 good reasons he would improve us.
Young, will fit in with our way of thinking 2. and a bit aggressive what we need, 3. He don't suffer fools. Unlike Beal. Fighting with your own keeper, who appointed him????

A lot seem to be just attention seekers but they get plenty of backing which is the bit that worries me. I think there is fair cause for concern after the mess of last season and there is need for change after that but the methods of change they propose are akin to the Reform party policies - get rid of everyone and fight everything for a few likes.
