I probably agree but it's small beer and Speakman is rapidly approaching last chance saloon with (probably) the majority of fans. Appointing Beale was a fiasco and Robinson feels similar. So far Speakman has got off lightly. Supporting a football team is rarely a rational pastime.Completely disagree m8, there’s grown up ways to express dissatisfaction, there’s appropriate club interfaces there’s open letters to the echo, there’s feedback to sky sports news, there’s even radio phone ins from time to time, god help us there are forums like this one and rtg, there’s Twitter and facebook, social media abounds, all of them, plus I’m sure more ways that I haven’t been bothered to think about are available for the expression of views. Defacing the stadium with cheap tat is magesque, it’s the sort of thing some ****ing coward who either is too frightened to say or, more likely, too inarticulate to express will do. There’s one thing I will guarantee this won’t have made one jot of difference to our search for a manager or our recruitment plans, both of which speakman will be overseeing, all it is is an embarrassing spectacle for them ****s up the road to laugh at. My previous view remains, whoever has done this should be banned, and probably kicked to **** for good measure

Yeah I was excited about Wickham, he had it all on paper. Fortunately Jobe's a much more sensible lad, he strikes me as the type who likes to stay home with a cup of green tea and an instructive book.

I've never mentioned at anytime who my preferred coach would be and I was a bit "meh" with still but I would've gave him a chance. My preference now would be 1st maric, 2nd rosenior. After that I haven't the foggiest
As soon as it became apparent that Still was playing games, I wanted Maric, I wouldnt go near Still now, I know next to nothing about either of them
I’m excited by the idea of Maric although it’s defineitly a risk. You don’t work with the clubs and head coaches he has by luck.
He got overshadowed by Rohl but Cifuentes really impressed me with the job he did at QPR. He has a decent record prior to that and has worked in youth coaching at Ajax. He could be a really good fit. QPR fans are nervous about him leaving so he could be attainable.

I agree to a degree; and have been a big supporter of Speakman.
I didn’t expect us to push on last year I said all along the overachievement of the season before might cause us issues and it did.
On that basis I don’t say we regressed, but we didn’t improve last year, and in such a strong league that’s a problem, you are regressing indirectly.
We were in league one and penniless when he came in so for me it’s far too simplified to say ‘are we better’, but we do need to get this one right.
If we don’t on the back of the managerial debacles, we have to look at the decision maker. It wouldn’t be a ‘**** off..’ from me it would be a ‘thanks, but we need a change’.
This is my 37th season as a season card holder mate. There’s no time for sentiment. We need to be moving forward. We need him to show he can balance us having good management, a genuinely competitive team and some assets for the club.
It is in his control to nail this.
Problem is you know what it’s like to find a coach, I don’t think it will be any easier to find a better dof.
